Areas Of Support

I’m here to support you through life’s challenges, which can often feel overwhelming. With competing priorities, unexpected events, and the pressure to do everything “right,” you may feel inadequate or unable to keep up. As a therapist with experience in education, I’ve faced the joys and difficulties of life. I’m here to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you work through the positive and challenging aspects of being human.

In my practice, I focus on helping children, families, teens, and parents facing significant life challenges and emotional distress related to anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, relationship problems, and grief/loss. My goal is to help individuals and families identify their strengths, develop effective coping skills, and feel better.

With more than 8 years of clinical experience, I’ve supported diverse clients as an Integrative Psychotherapist. I utilise a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.

My aim is to build a therapeutic relationship that is safe, non-judgemental, validating, and supportive. I recognise that my clients want to feel better, and I’ll share techniques that can be used immediately. I’m passionate about my profession and deeply grateful for the opportunity to support others.

If you’re ready to begin, I offer a free 15-minute phone call to learn more about you, answer any questions you may have, and ensure we’re a good fit.
